Ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia) is a broad-leaved, branched annual weed with compound leaves (divided into leaflets on a single leaf). Leaves are arranged alternately in plant tops, but lower leaves have an opposite arrangement.

Management:
- Early control is important.
- Shallow cultivation early in the season.
- Apply pre-emergent herbicides.
