Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is a common, yellow-flowered perennial weed that grows as a rosette from a deep taproot. Oval leaves have wavy margins.

Management:
- Dig up individual plants; new shoots can grow from dormant buds on root pieces remaining in the ground.
- Apply herbicides as spot applications.
